SHON DUTY, President & CEO
Shon has served in the United States Armed Forces, has been married 23 years, has two daughters and brings with him over 20 years experience in sales management and business administration. Shon has an incomparable and solid history of success in the automobile industry, insurance industry and for the last 4 years in the scrap & recycling industry. While managing the sales force for a large scrap & recycling software company, Shon has been on-site at over 100 yards installing software and training owners and employees. He has seen and heard the frustration they experience with the software and customer service available. And, he still believes that customer satisfaction is the key to any successful company. Therefore, he has joined forces with Joshua Angulo and Derek Paulo to create a customer oriented and customer driven software company that operates on the notion that honest and integrity are still what make a company great.

JOSHUA ANGULO, Sr. Programmer
Joshua Angulo is a Microsoft Certified Application Developer with over ten years of real world experience architecting and developing enterprise level applications spanning multiple industries. With a core focus on proven industry standard technologies such as ASP.Net and SQL, Joshua also utilizes new and innovative technologies such as JQuery and AJAX to provide end users with a rich client experience. During his career Joshua has used his deep knowledge of programming to streamline and reduce redundancy in his client’s processes and effectively increase their bottom line. His clients have ranged from Fortune 100 companies where he architected and managed enterprise development efforts to multi-million dollar online retailers where he helped dramatically increase revenue. In addition to a deep knowledge of programming, Joshua is also experienced in the full software development life-cycle and has successfully guided projects from inception to completion. As a member of the Redemption Recycling development team, Joshua is committed to providing a solid yet innovative architecture which will be scalable in both breadth and depth.

DEREK PAULO, Engineering & Support
Derek Paulo is an Industrial & Manufacturing Engineer with 10+ years experience specializing in process optimization, cost reduction and efficiency. He has helped many companies save millions of dollars by streamlining and eliminating non-value added processes in their product lines, facility layouts, workflows, and software programs. In the Scrap Industry, he has trained employees and installed software applications at dozens of Scrap Yards and Recycling Centers. As a member of the Redemption Recycling development team, Derek is dedicated to ensuring that our software satisfies the needs of Recyclers both in terms of functionality and compliance - and does it with excellence. He also has a graphic design and customer service background that compliments his roles wthin the company.
